5.1 Handling and Delivery Timeframes
All orders have a processing time of 2–5 business days before shipment.
Once you place your order, we begin producing your item from scratch, applying all prints and finishing details specifically for you. We do not keep pre-made inventory, as this approach helps minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact.
In other words, each piece is made-to-order. Depending on the season and demand, production typically takes between 2 and 5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping generally takes an additional 3 to 4 business days.
A shipment confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse.

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from the nearest of our global warehouses to ensure timely delivery. Our fulfilment centres are located in:

We aim to dispatch from the warehouse closest to your shipping address, where stock availability permits.
